Our Recreational Boxing classes are high-energy, non-contact sessions that combine boxing technique with an intense full-body workout. You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing before moving into a challenging circuit that includes bag work, pad work and floor-based exercises, with a strong focus on core strength, fitness and conditioning. Sessions are varied and engaging, keeping training fresh while improving coordination, stamina and overall strength.
Suitable for all fitness levels, the class can be adapted to match your ability while still pushing you to work hard in a safe and friendly environment. It’s one of the most effective options for weight loss and body toning, with many participants burning up to around 1,000 calories per session, all without any contact or sparring.
