We offer structured boxing classes for children and teenagers of all levels and abilities, delivered by experienced coaches who are committed to giving every young person the best possible introduction to the sport. Our sessions focus not only on learning correct boxing technique, but also on developing important life skills such as respect, discipline, confidence, motivation and self-control, all within a safe, supportive and professionally run environment.<\/p>\n

Classes are available for ages 8 to 16 and are carefully grouped by age and experience, ranging from junior beginners through to youth amateur boxers. This ensures each child trains alongside peers of a similar level, allowing them to progress at their own pace while enjoying boxing in a positive, structured and enjoyable setting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At 2BX Bromley Boxing Gym, we offer 2 types of child membership. Our classes for 6-9 year olds are designed for recreational or fitness boxers. Our classes for 10-15 year olds are open to anyone who is looking to compete.
