TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/span><\/span><\/div>

The Hiree –\u00a0All goods supplied under hire are on a hire basis only and title remains with Bedecked Wedding and Event Hire – Hereafter known as the hiree<\/p>\n

The Hirer – The Hirer is the person named on the invoice.\u00a0 The Hirer takes responsibility for the goods under these terms and conditions<\/p>\n

Responsibility – The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the Hired Goods, not the venue\/hotel\/florist, or any other third party to whom shall take possession of the Hire Goods.\u00a0 The Hirer shall be alone responsible for any incidents\/resulting damage caused by hired goods once in their possession.\u00a0 \u00a0The Hirer shall be responsible for insuring the Hired Goods are kept in good order from the time of receipt of delivery unitl back into the possession of the Hiree.\u00a0 Therefore agreement of a good provision of storage must be made and organised directly with any third party involved for ny hired goods if you are leaving the venue prior to our collection or your own return delivery on the agreed date.\u00a0 All goods must be repackaged in the boxes provided ready for collection\/return.<\/p>\n

Hire Period – The general\u00a0 hire period is 48 hours before and 48 hours after the event.\u00a0 This can be extended at the Hirees discretion for which a charge may be levied<\/p>\n

Condition of Goods – Hire goods are despatched clean, undamaged and in good hire condition.\u00a0 All shortages and breakages will be charged at the replacement costs shown in the item description on the website.\u00a0 Customers goods cannot be accepted as replacements.<\/p>\n

Deposit – A 25% non-refundable deposit (minimum \u00a320) will be required to secure a booking.\u00a0 Until the deposit is received by the Hiree then no booking will be deemed to have been made.\u00a0 This deposit will be repaid in full upon the return of all hired goods in an undamaged condition.<\/p>\n

Payment – The balace is payable in full 1 calender month before the event date.\u00a0 If a booking is cancelled more than 1 month in advance then mo more is payable, if a booking is cancelled within 1 month then the full remaining balance is payable.\u00a0 These monies can be used against a future booking within 12 months if the event is postponed.\u00a0 Bookings within 1 month must be paid in full at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Packaging – All goods must be returned in the same packaging they were delivered in.\u00a0 Any lost or damaged containers will be charged accordingly and any hire goods damaged due to poor packaing will be charged for at the replacement value on the website.<\/p>\n

Wrong Goods – Any good returned, other than those supplied, will be held for the clients collection for one month and then disposed of.<\/p>\n

Discrepancies – Any discrepancies must be notified within 12 hours of delivery\/collection.\u00a0 Queries on goods received must be notified within 12 hours of delivery as replacement items cannot be guaranteed on the day.<\/p>\n

Collection – Drivers collecting goods are not authorised to return deposits or pack up\/check goods.<\/p>\n

Insurance – if you wish to insure the goods whilst in your possession you are advised to cover the full replacement value which can be found on the website.<\/p>\n

Injury or Damage – The Hireee shall not be responsible for injury or damae to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any Hired goods from Bedecked Wedding and Event Hire.<\/p>\n

Table Linen – Table linen must not be returned or stored damp or wet.\u00a0 Damage resulting from mildew or other stains and burn marks that will not respond to laundering will be charged at full replacement cost.<\/p>\n

Indoor Use only – The hired equipment is solely intended for use and storage indoors unless specifically designed and manufactured for use outdoors.\u00a0 If equipment is used or stored outdoors the hirer is fully responsible for damage caused by the weather or any other associated hazard.<\/p>\n

Cutlery – Cutlery must be rinsed after use.\u00a0 Under no circumstances should scourers or abrasives be used on any hired equipment.<\/p>\n

Chair Covers – Chair Covers hired on a DIY basis are supplied washed and folded into shipping crates which must be retained for return transit.\u00a0 If Bedecked and its associated companies are delivering and collecting DIY chair covers, no fitting will be carried out by the Company.\u00a0 Chair covers\/sashes are to be taken off the chairs at the end of the event evening and put back into crates provided ready for collection.\u00a0 Should Bedecked and its associated companies arrive on site for a collection and covers have not been taken off by hirer, the hirer will be charged a labour fee of 50p per cover for removal by the Company.\u00a0 No refunds will be given for quantities pre-ordered and not required on the day of the event.\u00a0 Chair covers damaged beyond laundry, ripped, torn or burned will be charged at the full replacement cost on the website.<\/p>\n

Candles – Non drip candles just be kept away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents.\u00a0 This will help prevent rapid, uneven burning and avoid flame flareups and dripping.\u00a0 Drafts can also blow nearby lightweight items into the flame where they could catch fire.<\/p>\n
